Return & Exchange Policy
Perfumes are a matter of personal choice, and we understand that individual preferences may vary. While perfumes are generally non-returnable, we offer a one-time exchange at no additional cost if you're not satisfied with your purchase. A shipping fee of Rs. 80 for the exchange process will be borne by the buyer.
We offer a 3 Days Exchange Policy, which means you can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange,
- Your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, If not found in such condition, we will be obliged for additional exchange charges as actual.
- The item must be returned within 3 days of receiving your order.
- You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label, and detailed instructions on how to proceed and complete the exchange process, including shipping charges.
NOTE: Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
NOTE: Refunds will not be offered.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receiving and if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, Contact Us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your order with pictures and we will take care of the rest.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
CANCELLATION POLICY
NOTE: Refunds will not be offered. Also kindly note that we are unable to cancel any Cash on Delivery (COD) or prepaid orders once they have been placed. (For Prepaid Order We Will Provide Gift Card)
REPLACEMENT POLICY
Replacements are only accepted for products received in a damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.

- An unboxing video is mandatory.
- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
